My family in Kentucky sent me a bunch of green Ghost peppers so I decided to make a new concoction.
Ingredients:
Roasted Green Tomatoes
Roasted Green Ghost peppers
Roasted Green Jalapeños
Roasted Green Serrano
Roasted Garlic
Roasted Onion
Fresh Cilantro
Salt
Olive oil
9% Acid Vinegar
Citric Acid
Spices
pH 3.5
It definitely has a unique taste. You get Ghost flavor right off the bat. The roasted ingredients really make it taste good.
It will be in my Hot lineup. I'll only have about 11x 8oz jars available, and I wont be making it again for awhile. Unless I get another batch of Green Ghost peppers.
