Spicy Tepin

Using the Texas Native Pepper the ChiliTepin we create a salsa that gives you that unique "Bird Pepper" flavor. A more earthy, naturally smokey flavor. The peppers are a size of a pea, and require lots of time to prep.
Ingredients: Chilitepin, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Cilantro, Spices, Citric Acid, Vinegar
